Online purchases must be returned within 14 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Other restrictions may apply. It's easy to return a Gamblerswarehouse.com purchase through our Online Returns Center. Here's how:
1. Email Customer Support and tell us what item(s) you want to return. We will reply with our return shipping address within two (2) business days.
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip from the shipper and your receipt.
3. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. You are responsible for this shipping.*
4. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing of your return.**
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.
If you've received the item as a gift, we will grant an in-store credit toward anything that Gamblerswarehouse.com sells.

Restocking Fees: Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.*

- Limited to three identical items per customer
- The merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock, available for purchase at that price and be located in the US.
- The online merchant must be an established online store and thus the policy does not apply to auction sites
- Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as free shipping, sale prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers
