| We want all customers to be satisfied with the products they buy. Therefore, Gamblerswarehouse.com will accept all returns from you within 14 days from the (our) ship date.
On all returns we give a total refund less the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Follow these three steps when you want to return items: - Send an email to our customer service at info@Gamblerswarehouse.com and let us know what products you want to send back. We will send you our return address.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original packing slip from the shipper and the receipt.
- Send the purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. You are responsible for this shipping.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included.
Directly after we have received and inspected the package you sent back, you will get your total refund (less a 15% restocking fee AND less the original shipping charges).
If a product has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us right away. You should always keep the packing slip from the shipper and the receipt. |
